ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — The University of North Carolina Asheville (UNCA) has announced that its retention rate for the fall 2025 semester has jumped three percent while it has seen a decline in incoming freshmen, according to a news release from UNCA.
UNCA says that the increase in retention rate demonstrates students’ confidence in the UNCA experience despite Helene.
