Madison Superintendent Responds To Teacher Arrest

Madison County Schools Superintendent Will Hoffman has released a statement following the arrest of a teacher accused of indecent liberties with a student. As previously reported, Madison County High School teacher David Edmonds was arrested on Oct. 6 and issued a $20,000 secured bond.

The arrest came after an investigation began on Sept. 26 at the request of Madison County High School.
