ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — When Hurricane Helene floodwaters tore through her apartment, nearly everything she owned was lost. Among the few items that survived was her college diploma, although badly damaged by the storm. On Thursday, an unexpected delivery gave her hope for a fresh start.
