ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — A store in Biltmore Village that was destroyed during Helene is celebrating its reopening on Sunday, Nov. 2.
The White Lotus Boutique was destroyed by floodwaters from Helene, which filled the store with six feet of water and mud.
