ASHEVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Asheville Police Department said that two men wanted for open warrants for shoplifting and other charges have been arrested.
Brannan Stephen Nitchman, 34, was arrested Sunday for five outstanding warrants for shoplifting from south Asheville retail businesses and two warrants for felony larceny, according to Asheville police.
Officials said that Nitchman had been arrested 28 previous times on 64 warrants, dating back to 2008, with the most recent incident occurring on July 30. Nitchman was booked into the Buncombe County Detention Facility under no bond…
