In a heartfelt plea on social media, an employee of a store that caters to a largely homeless clientele has urged the public to show kindness and understanding towards the homeless community. The employee, who themselves experienced homelessness earlier this year, shared their perspective on the daily struggles and challenges faced by their customers.
