(WLOS) — If you missed the northern lights on Tuesday, Nov. 11, you have another chance to see them on Wednesday, Nov. 12!
The Space Weather Prediction Center is forecasting that a severe geomagnetic storm will impact Earth earlier in the evening and overnight.
The best time to try to view the aurora will be anytime after 7 p.m.
To view the aurora, find a dark place, away from city & town lights, look north, and set your camera phone’s settings to a longer exposure, typically 3 seconds or more.
