A local resident, who is known for his daily routine of feeding colony cats on Glendale Ave, recently had a near-death experience. The individual, who is also a Marine veteran, was almost run over by a car while walking back home from his cat-feeding routine. The incident occurred on a road with no other cars, and the pedestrian was walking on the side of the road due to the lack of a sidewalk. The driver returned to confront the pedestrian after the incident, leading to a heated exchange. The pedestrian, however, stood his ground, refusing to back down.
