Mental health care provider hosts brunch fundraiser in Asheville

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — A mental health care provider held a special event on Thursday to raise funds for those in need.

CooperRiis held its first annual “Bountiful Hope Brunch” at the Country Club of Asheville.

The organization runs a short-term treatment facility in Asheville as well as a farm in Polk County that provides longer-term treatment. They started in 2003, according to its website.
