A heartwarming story unfolded at the NLH HotSpot yesterday, as a woman shared her experience on social media. She was dealing with a stressful situation at work and stopped by the HotSpot to buy some scratch-offs, hoping to lift her spirits. As she was leaving, a man who was sitting on the barrier between the HotSpot and the old Sawhorse parking lot, eating a sandwich, stopped her to pay her a compliment. He asked her if it gets annoying to be so beautiful. The woman, who was visibly upset, appreciated the kind words and thanked the man for brightening her otherwise challenging day.
