ASHEVILLE, NC. (WLOS) — The Biltmore Estate reports visitor numbers are nearly back to normal, more than a year after Hurricane Helene. October numbers started to show the trend.
Biltmore Estate officials expect November and December visitor numbers to be off by only 10% compared to 2023, the year before Helene. October numbers showed a trend up after summer numbers were down 30% compared to 2023.
“This past fall, we just saw our business really rebound,” said Biltmore Estate chief marketing officer Mark Hemphill. “We have increased our marketing investment in the last seven months. It’s been nice to see attendance numbers return to normal.”…
