BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (WSPA) — A Buncombe County man has been sentenced to prison in relation to an assault & battery investigation.
35-year-old Phillip Billy Webb has been sentenced to eight to 10.6 years in prison after pleading guilty to a violent assault on a former partner in Leicester.
