BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office reports three people have been charged in connection with an investigation into a metal theft.
Detectives said they began investigating thefts at System Logistics in Arden in October. Suspects were seen on video stealing metal that totaled 50,000 pounds in all from the business multiple times.
Three suspects are facing charges.
