The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) will close Swannanoa River Road between Tunnel Road and Governor’s View Road for pipe repairs. The closure will begin at 7 a.m. on Saturday, December 6, 2025, and end at 7 a.m. on Sunday, December 7, 2025. Only residents will be allowed access during this time.
