MAGGIE VALLEY, N.C. (WLOS) — On Sunday, Dec. 7, the WNC DWI Task Force hosted its 22nd Annual Evening of Remembrance for Crime Victims.
At the event, law enforcement agencies and families took turns lighting candles, each candle representing a crime victim.
