ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — On Sunday, Dec. 7, the spirit of Charles Dickens was alive at the Historic Biltmore Village.
Entertainers, costumed carolers, and warm treats filled the historic streets in a tradition that has been ongoing for years.
