It was mayhem in the mountains Wednesday when a suspect stole a police car and led law enforcement on a chase across Western North Carolina.
The Brevard Police Department says the suspect Ramae Foster punched a female officer in the face, stole her patrol vehicle and fled the area.
He then drive down I-26 and Henderson County deputies joined the search and were able to use a pit maneuver to stop the vehicle near Exit 53. After the chase came to an end, Foster reportedly continued to resist arrest but was taken into custody…
