ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — The former Village Wayside Bar & Grille property in Biltmore Village, originally built as the Southern Railway Depot in 1900, has been sold.
The 2,826-square-foot property, located at 30 Lodge Street, suffered damage from floodwaters during Hurricane Helene. A Facebook post from a local realtor confirmed the sale.
Mark and Polly Harding, the owners of Village Wayside Grille, recently announced plans to move their business to the Grovewood area near the Omni Grove Park Inn. They anticipate to be open by the winter of 2026…
