(WLOS) — Shelters are opening up their doors as a cold air mass settles Sunday, Dec. 14, causing wind chills to fall below zero in the mountains.
Haywood Pathways Center’s Cold Grace Shelter will be open and is located at 179 Hemlock Street in Waynesville.
