Asheville woman sentenced for role in multi-county drug-trafficking ring

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WSPA) — A woman was sentenced Thursday on charges connected to a drug distribution ring across multiple counties in Western North Carolina.

The Department of Justice reported that 32-year-old Charmaine Vapreece Fair, of Asheville, was sentenced to over five years in prison for conspiracy to distribute and possess fentanyl and methamphetamine.
