ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WSPA) – A North Carolina man will spend a minimum of five years in state prison after he pleaded guilty to drug trafficking and other charges.
The Buncombe County District Attorney’s Office said Delveto Michael Mitchel, 44, pleaded guilty to trafficking in opium or heroin, possession of a firearm by a felon. He was sentenced on Monday to a 70 – 96 months in state prison.
