BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — A 44-year-old Buncombe County man has been sentenced after pleading guilty to multiple felony drug and gun charges.
Delveto Michael Mitchell was sentenced Tuesday to an active prison term of 70 to 96 months (six to eight years), the Buncombe County District Attorney’s Office announced in a press release.
This comes after Mitchell pleaded guilty in Buncombe County Superior Court to charges including felony trafficking in opium or heroin, felony possession of a firearm by a felon, and habitual felon status, the DA’s office said…
