BREVARD, N.C. (WLOS) — Fun, a little funky, and definitely festive, that’s the holiday vibe inside one of the region’s most unique seasonal attractions.
The Transylvania Heritage Museum in Brevard is home to one of the few Christmas museums in this part of the country, known as the Aluminum Tree & Ornament Museum and right now it’s shimmering with mid-century sparkle.
The museum hosts the second-largest public collection of aluminum Christmas trees in the United States, celebrating a holiday trend that defined the 1950s, ’60s, and ’70s.
