BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — The regular property listing period for residents and non-residents who own taxable property in Buncombe County for 2026 is Jan. 1 through Jan. 31.
According to the release, if the regular listing period begins or ends on a day other than a business day, the period for filing shall be extended through the next business day.
