Renew NC Single-Family Housing is a state program designed to address the long-term recovery needs of homeowners in Western North Carolina and prioritize low-to-moderate income families.
The deadline to apply has been extended to Saturday, Jan. 31.
You may qualify if:
- You owned and occupied your property at the time of Hurricane Helene and still do.
- The property was your primary residence at the time of Hurricane Helene and was damaged
- The property is in one of the 29 impacted counties, including Buncombe and Henderson.
What is covered?
The program offers repairs, stick-built reconstruction, manufactured home replacement and reimbursement.
