ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — The Western Carolinas will remain in a moderate drought this week, and it could worsen before it improves.
Asheville ended 2025 with just under 44″ of rain. That total was nearly 6″ below average. Since Dec. 1, Asheville is down 3″ on rainfall.
