ASHEVILLE, N.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Asheville Police Department arrested a minor while executing a search warrant on Thursday.
Police conducted a search warrant at a home on Wetland Way in Arden. A juvenile was taken into custody without incident and charged with the following:
- Aid and abet
- Discharging a firearm from a vehicle with the intent to incite fear in another person
- Accessory after the fact
- Three counts of possession of a handgun by a minor
Police said the charges are related to a shooting that occurred on Livingston Street on Dec. 28. Nobody was injured, and one vehicle was damaged by gunfire.
