MILLS RIVER, N.C. (WLOS) — UNC Health Pardee has reopened its Pardee Urgent Care and Pardee BlueMD Primary Care offices in the Mills River Plaza.
The Mills River Plaza location was temporarily relocated on Oct. 22 due to smoke conditions from a mulch fire on Boylston Highway.
