HENDERSONVILLE – The National Weather Service is predicting up to 2 inches of ice to accumulate across much of Henderson County, with wind gusts of 35 mph and lows from the 20s down into single digits the night of Jan. 26.
An ice storm warning, upgraded from a winter storm watch, comes into effect 1 p.m. Jan. 24 until 1 p.m. Jan 26, it announced Jan. 23 on its website.
