Henderson County braces for major winter storm over the weekend

HENDERSONVILLE – A huge swath of the southeast, plains and Midwest and preparing for a major winter storm expected to hit Western North Carolina Jan. 24.

In Henderson County, people are stocking up on the supplies they expect to need to ride it out.

“We have the expectation that we’re going to see pretty serious road and travel impacts.
