NORTH CAROLINA — Several thousand customers across North Carolina are without electricity as winter weather continues to impact parts of the region.
According to PowerOutage.us, 7,924 homes and businesses are currently without power statewide, representing 0.14% of the 5,867,778 customers tracked. North Carolina currently ranks eighth in the nation for total power outages and 15th nationwide for the percentage of customers affected.
