MADISON COUNTY, N.C. (WSPA) — The Madison County Sheriff’s Office made two arrests in connection with separate breaking-and-entering incidents.
36-year-old Charles Arrington, of Tennessee, was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor breaking-and-entering charge, while 20-year-old Levi Stines, of Marshall, was apprehended the following day.
