HOT SPRINGS – Paula Plemmons Garrett has been sentenced in the October 2024 homicide of her husband, Charles Timothy Garrett.
Charles Garrett, 49, was shot and killed in the late hours of Oct. 23, 2024 at the couple’s home in Hot Springs.
