Coming out of the ice storm, I’m more than ready for spring to return. Punxsutawney Phil may or may not come through with a sunny prediction for an early spring on Groundhog Day, Feb. 2. Luckily, there are plenty of places to stay warm while we wait out the winter.

Little Jumbo’s seasonal tropical bar concept, The Tropilachia Club, returns from Jan. 29 to Feb. 28, turning the place into an underwater oasis, themed “Under the Sea.” The original recipes, created by head bartender Millita Gonzalez, have been in the works since last fall, giving those who’ve visited in the past two years a new tasting and social experience…
