The purpose of the blasting is for the construction of apartments. The address given for the blasting is 710 Duncan Hill Road, Hendersonville, NC 28792 and East Coast Drilling is making direct notifications to residents near the blasting site.
Blasting is expected to begin on Monday, February 2, 2026. The blasting is expected to occur a couple times a day, a few days a week over the next two months.
