ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — City and county offices in Asheville and Buncombe County will operate on delayed schedules Monday as crews continue to respond to winter weather that impacted roads and services across the region.
The city of Asheville said city government offices will open at 11 a.m. Monday. Asheville Rides Transit bus service is expected to resume at 1 p.m., pending road conditions.
Several city facilities will have limited operations. Parks and Recreation community centers will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday, and Riverside Cemetery will operate on a regular schedule. Harrah’s Cherokee Center-Asheville, the Western North Carolina Nature Center, the municipal golf course and the disc golf course will remain closed through Tuesday…
