BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — County, city, and town governments across western North Carolina announced operational changes and closures for Monday, Feb. 2, due to lingering impacts from the weekend winter storm.
Asheville
City of Asheville government offices are scheduled to open Monday, Feb. 2, at 11 a.m. Parks & Rec community centers will open from 11:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
ART bus services are scheduled to resume at 1 p.m. Monday, pending road conditions.
Trash and recycling pickup is canceled for Monday. City officials say updates will be shared as conditions are reassessed…
