In Henderson County, from the North Carolina Department of Transportation to private contractor crews, it was the second week of winter weather cleanup.
To give crews more time to make primary and secondary roadways passable, both Henderson County and Hendersonville have closed government offices on Monday, Feb. 2, for non-essential workers.
