HENDERSON COUNTY, N.C. (WSPA) – A man is in jail after deputies said he repeatedly used emergency lights on his car to impersonate law enforcement officers.
According to Henderson County Sheriff’s Office, on Tuesday deputies arrested Rodrigo Barrera-Lozada with impersonating a law enforcement officer and operating blue lights to cause stop or yield the right of way.
The sheriff’s office said Barrera-Lozada is accused of driving a dark colored Hyundai Elantra with functioning emergency lights.
He is currently being held in the Henderson County Detention Center…
