ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WSPA) – A man pleaded guilty to indecent liberties with a minor in Buncombe County and will be deported under the Laken Riley act, according to the Buncombe County District Attorney’s office.
24-year-old Oscar Yubani Solis-Berduo pleaded guilty on Wednesday to felony indecent liberties with a minor.
In April 2023, Solis-Berduo was in an online relationship with a non-citizen minor in Maryland. Solis-Berduo picked the minor victim up in Maryland and transported her to North Carolina, where the incident occurred…
