WAYNESVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — For Valentine’s Day, a chocolate and ice cream shop in Waynesville is showing appreciation for local law enforcement with a sweet giveaway.
Kilwin’s on Main Street is offering a dozen chocolate-covered strawberries to any officer who walks through the door. The promotion is happening Friday, Feb. 13, and Saturday, Feb. 14, and officers only need to show up with their uniform or ID to receive the gift.
