ASHEVILLE – Down, but not out, Peyton Barrell and Katie Grabach have found a new home for their rotisserie and wine bar, Gourmand Rotisserie.
Gourmand Rotisserie was nearing opening day, set for November 2024 in the River Arts District, when its building was knocked off its foundation and submerged by floodwaters the September before, when the French Broad River rose to a historic 24.67 feet during Tropical Storm Helene.
Gourmand Rotisserie will open in an undisclosed location on Broadway Street in North Asheville, tentatively in the late summer/early fall of this year…
