ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — A woman has been charged following a Feb. 13 fatal motorcycle accident that happened at the intersection of Eliada Home Road and New Leicester Highway.
According to a Feb. 19 news release from the Asheville Police Department, the victim was identified as 27-year-old Tylor Russell Holzhauser.
Police said Holzhauser was operating a 2024 Kawasaki ER650 motorcycle and was traveling southbound on New Leicester Highway, approaching Eliada Home Road. As he got to the intersection, a 2013 Toyota Prius, driven by Jennifer Louise Saylor, 56, was attempting to make a left onto Eliada Home Road…
