Juan Ramon Juarez-Talamantes has been charged with a third count of statutory rape of a child at least 13 years old.
Juarez-Talamantes, 29, had been charged with two prior counts on Nov. 19, 2025.
The investigation began in July of 2024, when Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office detectives received a report of a sexual assault involving a child.
