Man used pepper-spray during attempted robbery in Asheville: Police

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WSPA) — Police officers are searching for a 24-year-old man accused of pepper-spraying a victim during an attempted robbery in Asheville.

The Asheville Police Department said the incident occurred on Rumbough Place around 11:37 a.m. on Sunday, February 22.
