Asheville Police arrested Brandon Matthew Byford on drug trafficking charges at Pisgah View Apartments on Friday, Feb. 20.
Officers responded to a report of an individual trespassing at 3:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they made contact with Byford, who is prohibited from Asheville Housing Authority property.
