BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — Friday, March 6, is the first day of The Prom Dress Exchange, an event where anyone can shop for free formal wear through Sunday, March 8.
The Prom Dress Exchange offers dresses, jewelry, and shoes to people of all ages without charge.
