ASHEVILLE, N.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Buncombe County District Attorney said a man has been sentenced to prison for a stabbing that left a man with a knife protruding from his head.
The district attorney said Deon Lee Muckelvene, 41, received a term of 30 to 48 months for assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury. He received a second sentence of 19 to 32 months for assault inflicting serious bodily injury.
