ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — There is an increased chance for severe weather on Sunday, well ahead of a powerful cold front that will bring big changes to our weather.
Because of this threat of severe thunderstorms, Sunday is now a Weather Warn Day, too.
The best chance of severe thunderstorms developing on Sunday will be in the afternoon and evening mainly east of Interstate 26.
It is a low end Marginal Risk, level 1 out of 5.
