HENDERSONVILLE – The Hendersonville Planning Board recommended the city conditionally rezone for a 77-unit affordable housing development proposed at the junction of I-26 and U.S. 64 in a March 12 meeting.
That was despite objections from two of its prospective neighbors—a summer camp and a Honda dealership.
“We’re excited for this … We’re going to go back to the drawing board and see if we can address all those conditions that they laid out for us.
